INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of the artwork (original paintings, prints or photographs) of the artists, Lorraine Thomas / Lorraine Westwood and Bruce Thomas, together represented by the title The Art Den.
OWNERSHIP OF THE ARTWORK COPYRIGHT
All intellectual property rights for any Artworks remain with the artist (‘Artist’) who created them. Reproduction is not permitted without express permission from the Artist.
DATA PROTECTION
We may hold, personally identifiable information obtained from you in the course of your purchase of the Artwork, until the Artwork is fully paid for and the artwork has been safely received.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION
We take care to ensure that the images displayed online faithfully represent the Artworks for sale. However, when you view Artworks online colours and shades may differ to the original. This is because we cannot control how your display equipment reproduces images.
SIZES
The mounted print sizes shown on our website are an approximation and can vary slightly, so we strongly recommend that you do not buy ‘off the shelf’ frames until you have received the mounted prints.
RETURNS
We do not usually accept the return of Artworks once a sale has been completed. However, we reserve the right to offer you a credit note or an exchange in certain circumstances.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR PRINTS
Although we use the highest quality ink, paper and mount board, please take extra care not to touch the surface of your newly purchased prints and take them to be framed at a reputable framers as soon as possible.
